We accept the return within 20 days of receiving the order but you have to provide the images of the defective product within 20 days of receiving the parcel.
As soon as you receive your shipment, we recommend you:
- Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage
- Verify that you received the correct products.
- Damaged merchandise is required to be reported within 20 days of the delivery date to receive a replacement.
There may be a slight difference between the Web Mockup and the Product You receive. Product description and size guidelines are on the website. Please read it carefully before ordering.
Returns:
- We do not accept returns on Used and size issue products. Please select your size carefully, Once you have selected a size now it does not fit you, we encourage you for a new order.
- We accept returns within 20 days only if the products are wrong or badly damaged as these products are first copies but of premium quality.
- Customers are responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable
Cancellation :
- You can only cancel the order before it is shipped but we will not provide you a refund as it costs a 10% processing fee and the credibility of the payment gateway becomes at high risk.
- You can tell us if you want any other product from our store we will send you if the lie in the same cost as of your order.
- In this case, you demand a refund after placing the order before it is shipped. We will cut 50% amount and only refund you half of the amount.
